Arrg..

I hate the background of my blog! I have changed it like 12 times! I like Jen & Rachel's & I just read Janelle's for the 1st time and I like her plain brown in the back. Whatever! I can't make mine look good so expect it to change often. Thank you.

Baby Update

So now I am almost 21 weeks along!! We found out on the 7th of January that we are having a boy!! I am pretty excited now!! I'll admit I was a little sad that it wasn't another girl cuz I want Kiowa to have a sister that is around all the time! She and Drake already have a little bro on their dad's side so I wanted to give them another sister! And I know they already have a big sister but Aubrie only gets to come once in a blue moon so that sucks!! Anyway we are all now very excited!! Justin is just splitting at the seams with excitement and Drake isn't too far behind! We've decided to name him Linkin Justin (NOT after Linkin Park I just like the name and wanted a K in there). The kids pat and kiss and hug my belly all the time, it is so cute. And Drake is always asking "How's Linkin doing today?" I will hopefully get some pics up soon of my growing belly! I can't wait til I'm big enough that people will actually KNOW I'm pregnant!! I think it is definitely getting there though! YAY!

What's happenin...

Well I have never blogged before that I can remember but I always enjoy Jen's, so I thought I'd give it a try!


This Saturday, December 22nd is mine & Justin's 2nd anniversary!! I can't believe how fast time flies!! It seems like just yesterday I was waking up at 3 in the morning to answer Justin's calls or get on the computer to chat while he was in Iraq! Talk about sleep deprivation... What one will do for love... hehe Well it has been wonderful so far and by wonderful I mean absolutely amazing at times and totally crappy at others!! I guess that is life and marriage eh? I wouldn't change it for the world! Justin is the love of my life and I am so blessed to have found him. My favorite thing about him is his ability to make me laugh! Even when I'm mad or sad he knows what to do or say to make it all better.

Drake & Kiowa are now in the 3rd and 1st grades! They are the light of my life and I seriously don't know what I would do without them. They are my best little friends and make each day so much better and happier than I could ever imagine! Not to say that they or I are perfect cuz we aren't and we definitely get on each other's nerves at times but they are the BEST!! Having kids has been the best decision I have ever made! Drake is quiet and has the best sense of humor, he cracks me up on a daily basis. He has a wonderful imagination and loves to write! He writes comics and little stories all the time, he even sells them to friends and family! What a card! Kiowa on the other hand is little miss Bossy! She loves to be in charge and take control! She is the most motherly child I have ever seen. She has been her cousin Johnny's "mom" pretty much since he was born, and they are only about 15 or 16 months apart. She is such a girly girl and loves to be with me as much as possible, even if she is just sitting next to me! Oh she also knows EVERYTHING! She must have bionic hearing or can read minds or something! She always seems to know exactly what is happening! It is hard to keep secrets from her! Lol! So stinkin cute are my kids!!!

Onto our growing family... We are expecting our 1st child together, my third, Justin's second, (whew!) around the beginning of June! We are all so dang excited! Especially I'd say Kiowa, she is praying for a girl so hard!! (I'm not gonna lie... I too want it to be a girl!) I am almost 16 weeks if I have counted right... I have finally gotten over the nausea part although I don't think it was near as bad as when I was prego with Drake & Kiowa. Of course I sat around and made Justin make me food all day long. I figured out this time that as long as I had food in my stomach then I felt much better. So I ate about 6 peanut butter and honey sandwiches a day!! I have my second doctor's appt. tomorrow so I will find out how things are going.

I am "working" part time for my ex boss Denise at her new office, although I haven't been hired on yet!! She just opened up her own realty office, so can't quite afford to have me on as an "employee" yet! Soon enough though! Justin is working back at Digitel for the time being... We are praying and working on getting him a better job but in the mean time you gotta do what ya gotta do!

So... that is what's happenin!! I will hopefully be able to keep this thing updated so look forward to more verbal diarrhea from me later!!
